4. Intellectual Property Rights

5. Ownership and Sharing Policy

A core principle of Study Dimension is that users should only share content related to books they actually own and content they are legally authorized to share. You agree to:

• Only add books to your inventory that you physically or legally own
• Only share notes, summaries, or resources that you have created yourself
• Not reproduce copyrighted material from books (full text, extensive excerpts, etc.)
• Respect fair use principles when referencing book content
• Obtain necessary permissions before sharing third-party resources

6. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms or our Content Policy
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• You repeatedly share copyrighted content without authorization
• You misrepresent book ownership
• We are required to do so by law

You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, though some information may be retained as required by law.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
